Compliments, Concerns & Complaints

We welcome compliments and feedback relating to your stay with us and we encourage all patients to complete a Customer Comment Card available at the nurses' station. This enables us to evaluate and improve our services to our patients. These comment cards can be anonymous, however if you wish to write a specific and signed letter, your points will be acknowledged and managed with appropriately.

If you are concerned about your care we encourage you to speak to the Nursing Unit Manager. It is important that you endeavour to resolve any matter with the centre whilst a patient. Should you feel that the matter requires independent hearing, feel free to write to us at:
